The Heavygel range of industrial water chillers is designed to cope with the most demanding cooling requirements
of various industrial processes.
The following are the main characteristics of the chillers of the Heavygel range:
RELIABILITY: conscious of the fact that many industrial plants may fully rely on the good functioning of their
cooling plant, we manufacture chillers that in every aspect,design, assembling and choice of components, are conceived
to work round the clock for 365 days a year, under the most severe constraints and in the toughest ambient conditions.All the chillers feature on standard a microprocessor control system with large keyboard and screen for the control,protection and self-diagnosis of the unit.
The "S" versions feature two
pumps: one dedicated to the user (and eventually sized
according to customer requirements), and another one used to
circulate the water between evaporator and tank to ensure aconstant flow through the evaporator in order to eliminate all risks of icing and obtain the maximum efficiency.All the compressors and pumps are electrically protected.
All units are tropicalised on standard. The condensers are sized for a continuos operation with an ambient
temperature of 45°C (113° F).
Finally, all the Heavygel must pass a very strict end-of-line computerised test to guarantee the performance
and the effective cooling capacity. Testing certificates can be supplied with each unit.
VERSATILITY: The Heavygel water chillers are designed to allow virtually every type of installation either new or as an expansion of an existing one. They can be supplied without pumps and tank, with circulation pump only and without user pump and tank, or with both pumps and tank.
The fans can be axial (for external installation) or centrifugal (for internal installation and suitable forheat recovery).In addition, the Heavygel features "Supertropicalised"range of chillers, specifically created to work in extremely hot climates with ambient temperatures up to 52°C (130°F).Finally, in conformity to the world directives concerning the safeguard of the environment, all the chillers of the HEAVYGEL range are supplied with ecological gases.
EASY MAINTENANCE AND USER-FRIENDLY: The particular design of the Heavygel water chillers allows a very simple maintenance of all the components. Furthermore, thanks to the careful selection of top-quality components, the design and the strict assembling and testing procedures of all FRIGEL products, the ordinary maintenance is reduced to a simple annual check of the basic performance of the unit.The microprocessor control panel, large in size and simple makes the use of all the units extremely easy and friendly. |
